A stint as a chef on a mega yacht brought him to Fort Lauderdale in 1992. Locally he was hired as the chef at the Plum Room at Yesterday's and The Blue Moon Fish Company. He then headed to the US Virgin Islands to open a restaurant in St. Thomas called
Tavern on the Waterfront. It became time to head back to the mainland to open his own place and Le Bistro afforded Andy the perfect opportunity.
Co-owner Elin, is a graduate of the School of Culinary and Hospitality Management at Sullivan County Community College.
She previously worked at the Plaza Hotel, The Drake & Mayflower Hotels in Manhattan.
Combined talents in Culinary & Hospitality for the past 19 years, Le Bistro is a "shining star" within the culinary landscape of Broward County.
